Geovanny Japa

Geovanny was born in Ecuador and grew up in the United States and received his Architecture, B.Arch. from New York Institute of Technology. He is intimately involved in projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients to develop designs that have unique architectural identities and strong connections between interior and exterior spaces. His portfolio includes single family and multi-unit residential, and office/workspace. Geovanny is currently pursuing his Architecture license.

He has spent more than 12 years working on both big and small building projects as a Carpenter, Construction management, Geovanny has a wealth of knowledge in the field.

For the past five years, Geovanny has worked with clients on a variety of projects, including new construction and renovations for homes. He offers direction from the first preliminary design to the issue of the certificate of occupancy across the whole design and building process. To help you realize your vision, he really collaborates with many reliable subcontractors who will make sure your project is completed on time and strictly in accordance with the building contracts.
